Before You Submit
Your manuscript should fit WBR’s Business, Education, Technology, or Interdisciplinary scope and make a clear contribution for the intended audience. WBR evaluates quality and contribution rather than academic rank, employer prestige, institutional affiliation, professional title, or career stage.
Files & Style
Microsoft Word (.docx) is preferred for initial submissions; PDF is accepted for initial review. APA 7th edition is WBR’s default citation style. Research and Student Research submissions normally include a 150–250 word abstract and approximately 3–6 keywords.
AI Disclosure
AI may not be listed as an author. Substantive generative-AI assistance must be disclosed. Human authors remain responsible for accuracy, originality, citations, integrity, interpretation, and the final manuscript.
Ethics & Integrity
Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest, prior or simultaneous submission concerns, and required research-ethics information. Human-participant research should include appropriate ethics or institutional review information when applicable. All authors must approve the submitted work.
Editorial Process
Submissions receive administrative screening and preliminary editorial review. The Editor-in-Chief makes the human editorial decision. WBR may request revisions, decline a manuscript, accept it for publication, or seek qualified outside human review when subject-matter or methodological evaluation is needed.
AI-assisted editorial evaluation is advisory and is not peer review. WBR uses the term “peer reviewed” only after documented substantive review by qualified human reviewers.
Initial review timeline: Authors should generally expect an initial editorial response within approximately 10–15 business days, subject to submission volume and the complexity of the manuscript.
